At Practicality Finance, we can take care of your annual financial statements. They will be prepared by Patricia Farnan, a fellow of the ICAEW with over 20 years experience.
She brings both rigour and clarity to the preparation and will give you accurate statements, a full audit trail, and peace of mind.
Patricia trained in audit and worked in the Big Four, and then in financial control positions in companies of all sizes, from start ups to market leaders. Based in London, she has worked with companies and multinational groups in the UK and the US, with subsidiaries around the world.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT PREPARATION
Every company registered in the UK is required by law to file financial statements annually with Companies House. At Practicality Finance, we can take care of that for you.
TECHNICAL ACCOUNTANCY
Whether it's a transition to IFRS, accounting for an acquisition, or any other complex transaction, at Practicality Finance we can prepare the working papers, the journals, and the memos for the board and the auditors.
CHARITIES
We perform Independent Examinations for charity accounts pro bono.
